Popular web hosting control panels are HELM, Plesk and Hosting Controller. After release of HELM control panel, it become most popular control panel, data centers like theplanet include HELM control panel with windows dedicated server for $15 per month.
What i Use
On Linux and FreeBSD server i like to use Cpanel control panel. I do manage some Plesk servers. But i like Cpanel very much.
On Windows servers, i was using Hosting controller when i was a reseller. Then moved to Command Matrix when i take my first windows dedicated server from www.atwebhost.com Which closed after few months and i have to move to ThePlanet. Since Command Matrix have lot of problem (the programmer started his own control panel, so no update of extrnix command matrix) i brought HELM licence, i will say it a good step. I will recommend HELM control panel to anyone.
