CPOP3Account.AddPOP3AccountEx Automation error

On a Windows 2003 server with HELM control panel, a client complained he can't add POP3 mail boxes through HELM. I loged into clients HELM and tried adding a Mail Box. I got following error.

Unable to add POP3 account. Please try again or contact support.

I checked HELM Error login and found following error.

I tried to add POP3 mail box in another domain hosted on the server. That worked fine. I checked the domains postofice in Mail Enable and it is present and could not find any problem with postoffice setup.

I tried the "Software Engineers" solution in the "Engineers and Car" joke, and it solved the problem - reboot
